Was the product not the best fit for your hair, needs or routine? Not a problem! Bring it back in for a no-questions-asked exchange for a different product or a credit towards a future product purchase.
The only exception to our policy is for clients buying product and requesting shipping, which cannot be accommodated. Buyers requesting shipping will forfeit their purchase value as a restocking fee.
